Personality Testing
When the moment comes where
you may be forced to undertake a career change,
either through redundancy or other reasons, personality
tests are a great help.
Psychometric tests can be used
to highlight the aspects of your personality which
employers may find appealing. They can show an
employer what you are like as a person, although
they do not go towards any decisions based on
aptitude or ability.
These tests can show whether
you will fit in with an existing workforce, and
if you are compatible with the job at hand.
